LOVE Island star Sharon Gaffka has been spotted looking completely different after dissolving her lip fillers.
The reality TV star - who rose to fame on the ITV2 dating series last year - was well-known for her blazing "fake" row in the villa.
Sharon, 26, had a showdown with fellow Islander Hugo Hammond after he revealed his biggest turn off was "fakeness".
Proudly defending her choices to have cosmetic enhancement, the influencer lashed out at her co-star in an epic showdown.
Now, it appears the star has changed her mind about her own fillers, as she looks to have had her lips dissolved following her villa dumping.
While Sharon often spoke candidly about her enhancements, tagging her clinic on social media, she has been equally vocal about their exit.
Sharing a make-up free selfie with her Instagram following over the weekend, the star asked fans if they could see the difference.
“Sauna skin + Freckles. On Friday, Dr Zara Nortley and I did a thing! Can anyone tell?” she captioned the post.

After her exit from the villa, she went on to detail how the TV row was heavily edited - and "not everything was seen" by viewers at home.
Sharon and fellow Islander Faye Winter - who have both had boob jobs and lip fillers - weren't happy with Hugo's comments.
They accused him of "not understanding" why people get surgery, which led onto the two being accused of "ganging up" on Hugo as he broke down in tears over the ordeal.
But during a recent chat on , Sharon confessed that fans of the ITV2 dating show "didn't see everything" and there were other things that were said when the cameras weren't rolling.
Sharon told host Will Njobvu: "It was more than the comments made in the game, that really threw me off the edge a bit with those comments.
"You don't get to see everything that happens and there's more to that, when I brought it up to him."
The reality star continued: "It's not his preference that's the problem, it's the negative connotations that he used.
