EASTENDERS fans tuning into their next dose of the popular soap will be left disappointed as it isn't on tonight (April 18, 2024).
The BBC One soap is being replaced in a schedule shake up.
Why isn't EastEnders on tonight?
EastEnders will not be shown tonight in it's usual 7:30pm slot.
BBC One viewers have grown accustomed to catching up with the long running soap on a Thursday evening.
Instead EastEnders aired an hour long episode last night (April 17, 2024) as they were covering a huge storyline.
Viewers watched Yolande grow increasingly uncomfortable around Pastor Clayton after he touched her too intimately without her consent.

After regaining their friendship, things appeared to be going well at the church, but he assaulted her once more.
Pastor Clayton then attacked her in the kitchen of the Community Centre.
The episode also included flashback accounts of women who had previously been sexually assaulted by Pastor Clayton, revealing this was not his first offence.
Instead of tonight's EastEnders, Garden Rescue will be airing at 7.30pm.

When will EastEnders return to TV?
EastEnders will return to TV on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
However, fans were left on such a cliffhanger that the wait for the next episode will keep them on their toes.
In the hour-long episode that aired last night viewers also saw Jay Brown be told by sex worker Nadine that she was pregnant with his baby.
With no new episode to follow-up on these dramatic scenes. viewers will have to wait five days to find out what happens next.
The Beeb has teased that next week Yolande will struggle to move on from the assault and her relationship with Patrick will be strained.
