Dancing On Ice fans slam show as ‘unfair’ – claiming Connor Ball should have made the final instead
DANCING On Ice viewers have complained the show is 'unfair' after Connor Ball was axed in the semi-final.
Fans claim The Vamps singer should have made the final of the ITV competition instead of Kimberly Wyatt, Brendan Cole and Regan Gascoigne - who all have dance experience.
Connor, 26, was voted off by the judges - Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill, and Christopher Dean - after he faced off against the Pussycat Doll.
Olympic BMX racer Kye Whyte, 22, also left the competition in a brutal double dumping.
This means the final will see Kimberly, 40, former Strictly Come Dancing professional Brendan, 45, and Regan, 26, - who has trained as a dancer at performing arts school - battle it out for the top prize.
But fans of the programme were less than impressed by the line-up for the final, which takes place in two weeks.

Rushing to Twitter to comment, one viewer raged: "DancingOnIce it's a fix. pretty unfair how all top three have some background in dance???? not a fair competition for the others.
"Kai and Connor should've been in the final as they are ones without a dancing background."
Another remarked: "Ugh so the 3 pro dancers reach the final, what a surprise 🙄 so unfair on Connor and Kye.
"They need to stop getting dancers on, it’s stupid. #DancingOnIce"."

A third commented: "Both boys were incredible and smashed that skate off but was a tad unfair as Kimberly is a professional dancer and let’s face it her lines and elegance are second to none."
Before adding: "It’s gonna be an incredible final with these three superstars #DancingOnIce".
While another fan suggested: "A petition should be made for next series of #DancingOnIce to either involve all professional dancers or none.
