THE Repair Shop fans are very excited ahead of the appearance of French and Saunders on the BBC show.
For this year’s Comic Relief, The Repair Shop's workshop of dreams will welcome the hilarious duo who filmed a special promo for the episode and it left fans in stitches within seconds.
Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders have reprised their characters ‘The Extras’ to get a free repair from the expert team.
In a video posted two Instagram, the comedy icons giggled towards the camera with Saunders starting, "we're in the Repair Shop."
French looks at the camerawoman saying, "such a lovely young lady isn't she."
"You've caught us in the repair shop, we're going to be on television," Saunders giggles.
French then gets really close to the camera as Saunders excitedly repeats host Jay Blades' name.
"If you need that fixed you've come to the right place," French says to the camera.

But Saunders corrects her: "No, the wrong place. They don't do new things.
"They only like old things."
They hilariously finish off the promo video by shouting the experts' names and French says of Saunders, "she's a bit excited, she hasn't taken her pills."
Fans loved the brief peek behind the scenes and admitted the women had them in stitches.
"I was laughing before you two said a word! Thank You!❤️❤️," commented one fan.
Another added: "😂😂. Love these two. Hilarious 😂😂."
And a third wrote: "That’s going to be funny 😍😍."
The episode which airs next week on Red Nose Day, takes a chaotic turn when the pair of wannabe TV stars meet none other than Jay Blades himself.
But when Jay realises they are more extra-verts than extra-keen to have their loved belongings repaired, he sends them packing.
All the while Julie Tatchell and Amanda Middleditch get to work on another very special guest’s repair, demonstrating how talented and skilful they are.
Ahead of the show, Dawn said: “I don't think we've ever said no to Comic Relief because it just is too important, and because it's from our community, and we were there right at the very beginning.
"I know that the money is spent correctly and I know that there are projects that are ongoing that need us to be ongoing and I wouldn't ever want to let anyone down."
Echoing her comments, Jennifer said: "As I watched The Repair Shop, I thought all I could ever see was these characters going into The Repair Shop, or me and Dawn, pretending to mend something or imitating the characters.
