Inside Wim Hof’s A-list celebrity life – from pals Orlando Bloom and Chris Hemsworth to hanging out with Oprah Winfrey
THE ICEMAN Wim Hof is getting ready to unleash his new survival series Freeze the Fear with Holly Willoughby.
But we can reveal, that when he's not busy submerging himself in icey lakes, he is busy helping his celebrity friends with his cold water therapy.
Wim is a Dutch motivational speaker and extreme athlete noted for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures.
His Wim Hof Method (WHM), which is a combination of frequent cold exposure, breathing techniques, yoga and meditation, has become a favoruite amongst celebrities.
Many stars credit Wim with helping them with their health and fitness through his cold water technique.
Some of the big names to credit the Iceman with helping them are Orlando Bloom, Sacha Baron Cohen, DJ Chris Evans and queen of TV Oprah Winfrey.
They all claim that the practice of using cold water for healing really helps.
This celebrity following has helped Wim get his own BBC show, Freeze the Fear, and yesterday the star line-up was confirmed.

They will be joined by musical theatre star Alfie Boe, TV presenter and footballer Chelcee Grimes, Welsh weatherman Owain Wyn Evans and former Premier League footballer Patrice Evra.
The group will live together in a tented village in sub-zero temperatures, surrounded by spectacular, icy scenes of Northern Italy.
Each week will see them take on challenges, which gradually become more daring as the series progresses.
Wim will be supervising the celebrities and guiding them through his series of radical challenges.
Under his encouragement, the celebrities will reap the rewards of cold-water therapy and face a unique test of mental strength like no other.
