Holly Willoughby’s new survival series Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof confirms celebrity line-up
HOLLY Willoughby's new survival series Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof has confirmed its celebrity line-up.
The new BBC show will see eight celebrities embark on a once-in-a-lifetime epic adventure, under the training of extreme athlete Wim Hof, aka ‘The Iceman.’
The six-part series will follow the group as they undertake a series of challenges that will test them to their limits, both physically and mentally.
The celebrities taking part include former EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite, musician Professor Green, Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell and sports presenter Gabby Logan.
They will be joined by musical theatre star Alfie Boe, TV presenter and footballer Chelcee Grimes, Welsh weatherman Owain Wyn Evans and former Premier League footballer Patrice Evra.
The group will live together in a tented village in sub-zero temperatures, surrounded by spectacular, icy scenes of Northern Italy.
Each week will see them take on challenges, which gradually become more daring as the series progresses.
Extreme athlete Wim Hof will be supervising the celebrities and guiding them through his series of radical challenges.

Under his encouragement, the celebrities will reap the rewards of cold-water therapy and face a unique test of mental strength like no other.
Holly, 41, is a self-confessed Wim Hof superfan, and she will host the show alongside comedian Lee Mack.
When the show was first announced in August last year, Holly said: "I can’t wait to team up with Lee and Wim on this show.
"Lee is a favourite in our house because he’s so hilariously funny and I’ve been a fan of Wim for a long time – he’s a genius who’s incredibly passionate about helping others.

"This show is going to be brilliantly entertaining and you never know…you may find out some things that could help you along the way too.”
Meanwhile Lee joked: "My passions in life are Wim Hof, watching This Morning in my undies, sub-zero temperatures, looking at celebrities sitting in cold water and free hotels.
"But trying to find a show that combines these has proved tricky. Finally I’ve found one.”
Back in January, Holly was given two and a half weeks off from This Morning to film the series.
The star flow to Europe on January 17, a day after launching the latest series of Dancing on Ice with This Morning co-presenter Phillip Schofield, 59.
Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof airs in the Spring on BBC One.
