Lillie, 23, underwent her op at Pall Mall cosmetics in Manchester two weeks ago and got the bandages taken off last week.

"When I first saw the results, I cried, I was so happy," Lillie, who hails from South Shields, reveals. "My mam was with me and she cried too. She said to the surgeon, 'Thank you for making my little girl so happy'.

"It's exceeded all my expectations. I was warned that it would be swollen at first and some people say the unveiling can be underwhelming, but even with the swelling, I'm thrilled with it and can't stop looking in the mirror - I feel so vain!"

Lillie's nose has always been her "biggest insecurity" and the reality star, who kissed Liam Reardon in Casa Amor, admits she has wanted it fixed since her early teens.

She explains: "My face matured around the age 13 or 14 and I started to notice it but I couldn’t put my finger on what I didn’t like. Then I got to about 15 and it dawned on me that it was my nose that I couldn’t stand.

"I didn't want to get it done as soon as I was 18 though because I was nervous and I was still developing. A lot of people said to me it was all in my head and there was nothing wrong with my nose but I just didn't like it.

"When I was talking to people, I would always angle my head I certain way so they couldn't see the worst side of it."

After doing her research, Lillie had a consultation back in December with Dr Ravaghan at Pall Mall and felt instantly comfortable to book in for the procedure.

"I wanted my nose to look like [American singer songwriter] Madison Beer and I felt like straight away they understood what I was after.

" I decided to go for an open septorhinoplasty, which is a bit more invasive than a standard rhinoplasty because my nose was wonky and they had to make it straight. "

Two months later on February 16th, she was heading into theatre.

"I wasn't nervous at all, but what really threw me was that I had to walk myself into theatre," Lillie laughs. "I expected to be wheeled in on a bed, so walking in felt a bit traumatic."

As soon as she came round for the procedure, which was an she was desperate to know how it had gone.

Lillie says: "When I came round from the op, the first question I asked was ‘Am I pretty?’ That’s hilarious and jumps sums it up.

"I couldn’t really open my mouth though and It was a bit scary seeing myself in the bandages. I was like, 'oh god, it’s like a horror scene' as I had all bruising all over my face, but I felt so glad that it was done."

While she had to wear a cast over her nose and bandages, she was given a sneak peek at what the finished result would be like.

"The surgeon took pictures on the surgery table before it got swollen so I could see it," she explains. "A nose takes a year to fully heal so in a year's time I will see my final nose, but I was so relived when I saw the pictures he had taken."

Lillie went home later that day to recover and said everything was fine until she decided to head out after three days.

"It was all fun and games until I decided to leave the house for breakfast on day four," she recalls. "I thought I was fine, but when the fresh air hit us it was pretty traumatic.

"I felt really sick and could feel shooting pains going down my nose. I was standing in the restaurant crying and realised I had pushed myself too far so for the next three days, I went back to my room!"

On day seven, it was time to head back to the hospital for the big unveiling.

"It was very overwhelming," Lillie remembers. "Seeing it in the flesh without the bandages off was so special and I was in tears.

"It was still really swollen but I was still really happy even though it was so swollen. My biggest fear was that I wouldn't look like me anymore, but I still looked like me, just with a better nose.

"I've always been a confident, outgoing girl but with my old nose I always felt like I was a little bit supressed. Now I feel like the outside of me matches the inside."

Would she have any more surgery now this one has gone so well?

"No, I'm happy with everything else I've been given," she says. "I wouldn't have a boob job because boobs go in and out of fashion. One minute it's about big boobs, the next it's small boobs."

Currently single, she's unsure whether her new look will help her in the romance department.

"Maybe the added confidence will make a difference to my love life, but I am quite a big character so it is hard to find someone who matches my energy - and it's probably going to be even harder now!"
