CAPTAIN Tom Moore's daughter has angrily defended claims she "stole" her dad's charity cash.
Appearing on This Morning, Hannah Ingram-Moore fought back tears as she spoke of her devastation.
She's been accused of trying to earn a six-figure salary as CEO of The Captain Tom Foundation, founded by the war veteran's family in the wake of his fundraising efforts.
The Sun revealed its at the centre of a Charity Commission regulatory compliance case, but Hannah insisted it's not an investigation.
When asked if there was any truth on the reports of her huge salary, Hannah said, “Absolutely none. It’s absolutely not true, what the trustees did was ask for a benchmarking and asked ‘if we were to employ a CEO what’s the highest, what’s the lowest’, so it’s simply not true.”
She added: “I am guarding my father’s legacy, we would never hurt it.
"But I would never be able to sit on here and tell you something that’s not true.
"It’s clear, our accounts are there to be seen. But we are not hiding anything.

"There’s nothing wrong, we haven’t made any false action and I genuinely think that the vast majority of people know that.
"But those click bait headlines have been destructive and have put the foundation in peril.”
It's claimed the charity paid more than £50,000 to companies run by Hannah after her father raised £38.9million for the NHS in less than a month.
It also spent more on management than on charitable grants in its first annual account statement.
Hannah admitted: "I think we have been incredibly naïve, but that doesn't mean we're bad.
"We're wholesome good people and run businesses we understand. We stepped into this for love, humanity and allowing as many people as possible access to his legacy.
"We never thought about the darkness. It never crossed our minds."
We recently revealed Captain Sir Tom Moore's family is planning an extension at their home complete with a toilet, kitchen and patio for the charity set up in his name.
