THIS Morning viewers broke down in tears today as they met a five-year-old little girl with an inoperable brain tumour.

Dottie, who is in the middle of an 18-month period of intensive chemotherapy, appeared alongside her dad to talk about her journey and the long road ahead.

Her mum joined via video link for former QPR players Marc Bircham and Jamie Mackie as they prepared to climb Mount Snowdon today to for charities.

Those watching at home were incredibly moved by her story, with one person writing: “Balling my eyes out watching @Dottie_Rees @Speedingalong on #ThisMorning Dottie you are so beautiful and brave 💙.”

Another added: “Oh Dotty is amazing!!! Sobbing. What a little superstar ✨✨#ThisMorning.”

While someone else tweeted: “I hope Dottie has a long and happy life she is so brave and strong, no child should suffer any pain in life  #ThisMorning.”

Dotti was just four years old when she had a headache, which turned out to be a brain tumour.

Five days later she had a craniotomy, where 10 biopisies were taken from her brain.

QPR football team have supported the family throughout.

Speaking about his involvement, Marc Bircham said: “When I heard about Dottie I was really keen to show my support and get involved. 

“As a dad myself, I can’t begin to imagine how tough this has been for her parents.

“Dottie is such a special girl and I want to make sure that we do everything we can to help her and her family.”
