The 35-year-old raved about the “health benefits” of the odd food choice in the clip.

While taking to on Thursday, appeared alone onscreen as she told her followers: “There are so many health benefits to eating liver, animal organs, raw liver.”
The Hills: New Beginnings star then took a huge bite out of a piece of raw liver and nodded as she chewed.
Following a moment of silence, Heidi said you “definitely get used” to the taste and texture of the raw liver.
Alongside the strange video, the MTV star wrote: “Eating raw liver is so good for you!”
The caption concluded with the hashtags #health , #carnivore and #health.
Shortly after Heidi shared the video, The Hills fans rushed to the comments section to express their disgust.

HOPING FOR MORE KIDS
The TV personality shared the bizarre clip months after she underwent surgery in order to help her with conceiving her second child with husband Spencer Pratt, 38.
Back in August, Heidi released a nearly eleven-minutethe documented a doctor's appointment.
During the video, the MTV star revealed she was "excited" and hoped the surgery "works" so that she would be "able to get pregnant."
The couple are already the parents to four-year-old son Gunnar.
HOLDING GRUDGES
Weeks before the procedure, Heidi dished on her feud with The Hills co-star Lauren Conrad, 36, with host Alexandra Cooper
During the podcast episode, Alexandra said: "I love Lauren Conrad. I respect her. She got her fame and she's f***ing gone. Everyone else is scrambling."
