THE Woolpack is at the core of a family feud while Chas and Charity Dingle fight over its future.
Butting heads more than ever, the two landladies eventually get in a fight which rocks Emmerdale.
After arguing with Al Chapman over the fate of the iconic pub, Chas (played by Lucy Pargeter) was hopeful that her beloved inn wouldn't go to another brand new owner.
However, she soon realised she wasn't about to catch a break when her cousin Charity (Emma Atkins) got her hands on the Woolpack during a tense auction day alongside her son Ryan Stocks (James Moore).
Since then, both women have had to cooperate over their plans for the pub but are failing to see eye to eye.

And as both the Woolpack and the B&B are set to host big events on the same day in upcoming scenes of the long-running soap, things are getting more and more complicated.
Charity is first annoyed to see that the Woolpack refit is not quite ready while Chas has accepted a job at the B&B.
Later on, and as she struggles with the hurt of her only son getting married behind her back, Mandy decides to hold Liv and Vinny’s engagement party in the B&B with Chas, knowing it will directly clash with the grand launch of the Woolpack.
In other words, Chas purposely interferes with Charity’s launch.
Determined to keep the peace despite Chas' attempts at putting her down, Charity keeps a brave face on to hide her hurt after finding out the plan, knowing the family will be skipping her reopening to attend the engagement party.
The rivalry grows increasingly sour as Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) take sides and attempt to sabotage each other's events.
But when the double day comes along, Charity has had enough.
