The former rapper turned presenter of C4 show Extraordinary Extensions told Radio Times: “I don’t know what kind of background you’d have to come from to say something like that, but it’s always some ivory tower.
“I’m a council estate kid and if you look at all the factors facing us, this is the hardest time ever.
"I had to learn that hearing your next-door neighbour got stabbed isn’t normal.”
