Blac Chyna slams Rob Kardashian as a ‘bully’ & demands he pay her legal bills after he drops assault lawsuit against her
BLAC Chyna is demanding that her baby daddy Rob Kardashian pay her “substantial” legal bills after he dropped his assault lawsuit.
The 34-year-old had been suing his ex for allegedly attacking him back in 2016 but decided to end the years-long legal battle on Friday.
After he reportedly wanted to stop with the lawsuit in the best interest of their five-year-old daughter Dream, Blac Chyna is now calling for Rob to pay all of her legal fees associated with it.
Her attorney Lynne Ciani told : “In addition to dropping his lawsuit claiming over $750K in damages, Rob Kardashian must now pay for all of Chyna’s litigation costs.”
Blac Chyna, via her lawyer, also slammed Rob as a “bully” for seemingly trying to “intimidate and denigrate” her.
“Chyna is an excellent role model for women who want to stand up to former fiancés, or spouses, or boyfriends,” Lynne said.
The attorney added: “It is time for Chyna’s courageous and inspirational stand against Rob Kardashian, her powerful ex-fiancé, to be part of the public discourse.”
The 33-year-old model has been denying the allegations that she attacked Rob ever since he made the claims, and she was prepared to fight them in court.

Rob was suing his ex with claims that she had attacked him with a six-foot metal pole about one month after their child was born.
He also alleged that Blac Chyna had tried to strangle him with an iPhone charging cord while intoxicated on cocaine and alcohol.
Trial was set to start this week, but the Kardashian dropped the lawsuit just days before it was supposed to begin.
revealed that the reality star motioned to "dismiss his assault lawsuit against Blac Chyna without prejudice for the sake of their daughter."
According to the publication, a judge approved the motion and put an end to their nasty war over the assault allegations.
Rob explained his decision: “My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial.
“Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter’s sake."
Rob concluded: "I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.”
Blac Chyna’s lawyer claimed in another statement to Radar: "This entire time, Chyna has had to live through hell with Rob's horrific and false accusations hanging over her head.
“Chyna was finally about to have her day in court at a February 23 jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court where she was prepared to prove with evidence that Rob's claim that she physically attacked and assaulted him was a malicious lie.
“Instead, Rob dropped his case on the eve of trial, not because he suddenly wanted to drop the case ‘for the sake of his daughter,’ but because he knew his assault and battery accusations against Chyna were false.”
The model's mother, Tokyo Toni, slammed Rob as a "narcissist and liar" after he dropped the lawsuit.
In the nearly two-minute clip, she had a cap on her head as she blew smoke at the camera.
After laughing aloud, she called out Rob and described him as "a narcissist, a happy-go-lucky liar, and a champ at eating burgers."
Tokyo ranted: "I'm going to tell you all s**t. I don't give a f**k. Can't stop me from talking."
She went on: "What are you going to do? I'm going to tell you all the truth."
While mentioning that "the case" was "dismissed," Tokyo mentioned she does not have a "gag order."
