REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward is set to rake in millions by turning the stables of her stately home into houses.
The 48-year-old has already been given the green light to convert her £14.5million mansion into a luxury spa hotel after complaining about £100,000-a-year fuel bills.
And the interior designer and ex-Premier League footballer husband Ashley – who have quit Cheshire to live in Dubai – have now asked for planning permission to turn their stables and outbuildings at the pad into six luxury homes.
The homes will be a range of sizes with up to four bedrooms. And four bed semis in the area sell for around £500,000.
They’ve applied to East Cheshire Council for permission for the development but one neighbour said: “We have concerns re the potential for noise pollution for local residents from multiple occupancy in addition to frequent change overs if used for rental.
“A clause to prevent this would be reassuring in addition to prevention of multiple rental by one party.”
The parish council asked that: “The proposed dwellings are not used for holiday lets to avoid detrimentally affecting the residential amenity of nearby properties through issues relating to traffic (parking and arrival and departure times), noise and refuse arrangements.”
Planners have already granted planning permission to transform Warford Hall into a “boutique spa retreat” with an extension to incorporate a pool complex and guest rooms.
Councillors gave the go-head to works despite Dawn's neighbours saying that the proposals will be excessively noisy and result in traffic chaos.

The spa will include a heated swimming pool, massage and therapy facilities and hotel accommodation for 30 people.
The couple have struggled to sell the 12-acre property and claim it costs over £100,000 a year in utility bills alone and needs three gardeners to maintain the grounds.
Cheshire East Council said: “Change of use from dwelling house with B1 Business to C1 Spa Hotel and associated two storey rear extension and pool to accommodate high quality guest facilities.
In pursuance of its powers under the above Act, the Council hereby GRANTS planning permission for the above development in accordance with the application and accompanying plans submitted.
“The development hereby approved shall commence within three years of the date of this permission.”
The council said that the pools cannot be used before 7am and after 8pm on weekends and no amplified music was allowed outside in the gardens.
