EastEnders’ Gray Atkins terrified as murdered wife Chantelle gets her revenge from beyond the grave
GRAY Atkins seemed to think the murder of his wife Chantelle would never catch up with him.
But during yesterday's EastEnders, the serial killer received messages from beyond the grave - and viewers couldn't have been more satisfied.
Gray (played by Toby-Alexander Smith) is still trying to cover up his tracks but got the shock of a lifetime during last night's trip to Albert Square.
The villain was surprised when he began to receive messages from his dead first wife Chantelle, whom he murdered in September, 2020 after subjecting her to years of domestic abuse.
After spending his day working, Gray noticed his computer beeping as a messaged appeared in the bottom corner of his screen.

"No time to reply to your dearly departed?" the message from Chantelle's email read.
Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) spots that he is troubled by something and asks for his thoughts.
"I'm being trolled, someone with a grudge is impersonating Chantelle. I don't know who it is, but I've had enough - I'll find out who they are", Gray responded.
As Gray appeared more anxious than ever, EastEnders fans were pleased to see his downfall (finally!) begin and swarmed over to Twitter.
"It's about time Gray finally started to feel/look nervous, anxious and scared!", wrote a viewer.
A second added: "Gray is one step closer to being exposed and found out by Kheerat."
"Gray your days are numbered", a third chimed in while a fourth social media user penned: "Now if that doesn’t get Gray shook and start to slip up I don’t know what will."
A fifth commented: "Walford is finally onto you Gray. This is going to be a popcorn worthy takedown."
As mentioned above, the tormentor was later revealed to be Kheerat Panesar (Jaz Deol) as the businessman left an envelope on his doorstep containing all the posts Chantelle had made about the domestic abuse she had endured.

Gray knows his time is quickly running out but will Kheerat's efforts be enough to unmask him?
Spoilers have confirmed that both Kheerat and Gray will be at death's door as they will engage in a brutal fight which will leave one of their lives hanging in balance.
