The patriarch’s twin sons , 31, and , 31, both showed interest in taking over the farm, but Matt continues to be the sole owner today.

The Sun exclusively obtained Roloff Farms’ annual business report filed on January 11, 2022.

The filing lists Matt as both the President and Secretary of Roloff Farms, as neither of his sons was listed.

FEUD OVER FARM

Matt responded on Instagram in May 2021 when asked if Jeremy bought the farm: “No, not yet. No, we haven’t settled what we’re going to do with the farm. It’s all being discussed actively.”

Jeremy’s wife Audrey wrote on Instagram around that time, saying that not buying the farm was the “death of a dream.”

The dad of three is instead focusing his attention on flying, as he received his student pilot certificate on July 23, 2021.

He is training in a Cessna 150J fixed-wing single-engine plane worth $30,000.

Zach’s wife Tori wrote on her Instagram Story when asked about buying the farm: “Some things just don’t go according to plan. But it all worked out for us.”

Zach and Tori, who are pregnant with their third child, ended up moving to Washington in October.

MOVING ON

The Secretary role once belonged to Matt's ex-wife Amy until 2021.

She even sold parcels of land in her name to her ex-husband, who is now dating Caryn Chandler.

Caryn was his assistant for over a decade before they began dating.

The Sun previously reported Amy, 57, sold 32.28 acres of land at the Roloff Farms address for $975,000 on August 13, 2020.

Matt took out a loan amount of $825,000 for the property exchange.

In June 2019, Amy sold a portion of the farm property to her ex-husband for $667,000,  reported.

Matt and Amy bought the farm in 1990 when they first got married for only $185,000.
