Dancing on Ice fans fuming as Liberty Poole makes major blunder and still gets high scores
DANCING on Ice fans were baffled after Liberty Poole made a major blunder but still received high scores.
The Love Island star, 22, hoped to impress the judges with her performance to Flo Rida's Right Round.
But during the performance the reality star became unsteady on her skates and took a tumble.
The gutted star explained that this was the first time it had gone wrong and was unable to finish the "corkscrew" move.
Despite getting into a tangle, Liberty got back on her feet and the judges marked her an impressive 28 out of 40.
However, viewers were confused that the TV star had been voted so highly, with one writing: "How do you get a 7 with that mistake? #DancingonIce."
Another posted: "Fall and get a 7? #DancingonIce"
"I was going to say that Liberty was getting better then she fell," a third commented.
"Nah, Liberty's dance wasn't worth more than a 6. #DancingonIce," another shared.
Another tweeted: "How on earth are those scores even valid? #DancingonIce"
However, some fans defended the Birmingham babe, writing: "I give Liberty and Joe a 7 out of 10. That step sequence was impressive. I loved the energy and there was so much attack this week. But sometimes you still are on two feet too much and of course there was the fall. #DancingonIce"
Meanwhile, Regan Gascoigne and Happy Mondays star Bez also suffered a few off balance moments tonight.
Last week, the blonde beauty left fans gobsmacked when she revealed she had never heard Madonna’s song Vogue until she skated to it on the show.
The TV star impressed the judges and those watching at home with her routine to the 1990 iconic track and secured her place in the competition for another week.
Defending her amazing figure, she told The Sun: “I've always had naturally full boobs and I understand that if I had smaller boobs, it might be a bit classier. Well, classier in some people's eyes.
“But that's really something that I can't help and why should I change what I want to wear so it pleases other people?

“I'm not going to stop being myself to please other people or change myself in any way. I'm me at the end of the day, and I've always had naturally big boobs and that's the way it is.
“I felt like the best version of me and as long as I feel that way, then it doesn't matter what other people say. Sorry, not sorry!”
