What is Futurama?
Many people who were born in the late '90s and early 2000s will get to laugh once again at one of their favorite childhood TV shows, Futurama.
The hit TV show "Futurama" is an American adult animated, science fiction sitcom, which predicts the possible future.
Set in the 31st century in New York, the show's protagonist, 25-year-old pizza-delivery boy Fry, is accidentally frozen in time and wakes up 1000 years into the Future.
Waking up with a fresh start to life and a new group of friends, the show embodies what the future may possibly hold for us.

When is Futurama back on-air?
Fans of the hit TV show should save the date as the show is set to appear once again on our screens in the "near future."
Hulu broke the news on Twitter in the early hours of February 9th.
Sharing a photo of one of the shows main characters, Bender the robot, Hulu captioned the stating:
"Futurama returns! New episodes coming to Hulu."
According to , creator of the show Matt Groening stated: “It’s a true honor to announce the triumphant return of Futurama one more time before we get canceled abruptly again."
Television writer David X. Cohen also voiced his excitement.
According to , the television writer stated: “I’m thrilled to have another chance to think about the future… or really anything other than the present."
The hit show first premiered on March 28, 1999.
Featuring 140 episodes, the show was later canceled on September 4, 2013.
Production for the show is set to take place later this month with 20 brand new episodes premiering on Hulu in 2023.
