LONG Island Medium fans think Theresa Caputo is ageless considering she looks exactly the same in a sweet throwback photo she posted with her kids.
In the Instagram photo, the now-54-year-old reality star , yellow-gold jewelry, a long manicure and 80s hair as she smiles with young son Larry Jr. and daughter Victoria, who is set to give birth this month.
Their dad is Larry Caputo, who was married to Theresa from 1989 until their divorce in 2018.
One commenter wrote, "You have such a good spirit, it shows all over your face."
Another poster said, "You look wonderful! And so young!!!!!!"
Supporters also loved her mane.
"The hair is everything," a fan posted.
CHANGING UP HER APPEARANCE
Last week, the Long Island Medium star looked unrecognizable in a makeup-free video as she ditched her signature poof during the snowstorm.
This is not the first time Theresa has shown herself barefaced on social media.

Recently, the TLC star ditched her glam and rocked a casual look while wearing a fluffy white sherpa.
Her trademark big blonde hair was worn down as she pulled back her bangs into a tiny ponytail.
During the video, Theresa played with the Instagram filters as she thanked her fans for attending her shows over the past weeks.
She told her followers that they had the opportunity to buy pre-sale tickets for her shows in the upcoming months.
The video concluded with Theresa telling her fans to “stay safe” and “stay warm.
She added: “I hope to see you this spring. I’ll be on tour in April and May.”
VICTORIA'S BABY TIME
When Theresa hits the road, she'll officially be a grandma.
Until that time, she can dote on the little girl.
Back in August, daughter Victoria revealed she is expecting her first child with her husband Michael Mastrandrea.
She shared the baby news on and wrote: "Special delivery coming February 2022."
Victoria has been getting excited, last month.
"In just about 5 weeks, my chunky monkey will be here!" she wrote. "Look at those lips already."
"And all this time i thought she looked like me until this sonogram. We might have a mini on our hands!"
Her husband Michael replied to the post with a sweet message for his pregnant wife: "I can’t wait to hold her and raise her with you! You’re gonna be the best mom ever."
So far, Victoria's pregnancy hasn't been easy.
CLAPPING BACK AT HATERS
She clapped back at a troll who had recently commented on her weight.
The troll wrote: "I like you but oh my god, you got wide."
Victoria shared the naysayer's comment in her Instagram Stories and wrote: "No, that's mean, disrespectful, and rude especially since I'm carrying a child!
"I rather you did not like me so you don't need to make nasty comments as I'm eight months pregnant but thank you."
It wasn't the first time she faced off with a body-shaming troll who claimed she had gained too much weight during her pregnancy.
