THE latest house-hunters on A Place in the Sun left host Leah Charles King gobsmacked after announcing they had no intention of finishing a property viewing.
Leah, who started working on A Place in the Sun last year, took house-hunters Lee and Louise on a property tour of Spain’s Villamartin.
With a decent budget of £212,000, the couple hoped to find the ideal getaway with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and its own pool.
As usual, the presenter had five contenders lined up, but she was lost for words when Lee and Louise started to view one and quickly announced it wasn't the one.
After taking a shine to the second pad on the tour, their hearts sank when they realised the pool in the next was shared with 27 other properties.
It didn’t take long for the host to get the hint, asking: "You're not impressed, are you? Let's be honest”.
Louise explained: "It's too small for the amount of properties. I can also see there are lots of bins there, so it looks like we're opposite a tip”.
Leah tried to make the couple understand that the digs would position them closer to the beach within their budget, suggesting a compromise.

When she encouraged them to share their thoughts, Louise bluntly admitted: "Honestly, it's not cutting the mustard for me”.
Determined to get Louise and Lee inside, Leah said: "Ok, well, let's go up to the property, and let's have a look around there, and you can tell me what you really think”.
The duo loved the exterior, where they could install a small plunge pool, and found the reduced price of £187,000 attractive.
However, the interior wasn’t to their liking - with that and the shared pool, it was an absolute no go so they called the viewing to a halt.
Lee explained: "We're not going to buy it, so there is no point. It's just not going to happen”.
In the end, Lee and Louise didn’t find their dream holiday home, catching on to the fact their budget was too small to tick all the right boxes.
