GOOD Morning Britain's Susanna Reid made a subtle dig at Adele's high ticket prices for her cancelled Las Vegas gigs on today's show.
The broadcaster made the quip as she discussed the hitmaker's upcoming performance at this year's BRIT Awards with co-host Adil Ray and showbiz correspondent Richard Arnold.
Last night, the 33-year-old singer confirmed she was performing at the music event, two weeks after cancelling her Weekends With Adele gigs at the last minute.
In light of Adele's Instagram, the trio discussed Adele's return to the capital in the wake of the fallout on this morning's show.
Richard told Susanna and Adil: "I think the Brits for her, road to redemption is probably quite strong, but if there are any disgruntled fans who crossed the pond to try and see her at Las Vegas and then the residency was cancelled..."
"They can watch her on ITV!" Susanna said sarcastically as Adil commented: "Ohhhhhh that's great."
"Marvellous news!" Susanna, 51, quipped.
Richard, 51, continued: "It's her home ground because in 2011 she brought the house down of course and it was a life changing performance for her back then."

Adil then asked: "Those people who had bought tickets, are they getting refunds? What's happening with that?"
Richard replied: "Vegas ones, apparently yes. But of course the real cost was getting the hotels and if you had made the journey.
"But this will be great for her," he added of her upcoming appearance, her first BRITs performance in five years.
To which Susanna quipped: "It's free to watch as well!"
Last night, Adele confirmed on Instagram that she'll perform at the BRIT awards and will appear as a guest on The Graham Norton Show.
Adele - who is dating sports agent Rich Paul - wrote alongside a smiling snap: "Hiya, so I’m really happy to say that I am performing at the Brits next week!!
"Anddddd I’ll also be popping in to see Graham for a chat on the couch while I’m in town too! I’m looking forward to it! Oh, and Rich sends his love ♥️".
The tearful singer pulled the plug on her Las Vegas residency last week less than 24 hours before her debut show.
