The trailer was released for the documentary on Monday and fans are beginning to look forward to the behind-the-scenes interviews from the cast and crew.

"When someone yells action, I just feel more whole," she adds.
The show brought new faces into the mix and Kristin Davis, who plays Charlotte York Goldenblatt, said she was excited about her new castmates.

The primary focus of the show goes into stepping outside your comfort zone, which, according to the trailer, "...is what this show is made for."
