THE Bachelor fans slammed Clayton Echard for not eliminating "villain" Shanae Ankney following her ongoing drama in the group.
Episode four of the ABC reality series showed the Bachelor in a tough spot as he was put in the middle of the "shrimp-gate" feud between Shanae and her rival, Elizabeth Corrigan.
Shanae claimed that Elizabeth "bullied" her with shrimp - something she denied - and the blondes continued to battle over the seafood for several minutes.
Elizabeth was accused of "ignoring" Shanae with a plate of shrimp back in the jacuzzi at the Bachelor mansion - which viewers ripped as "ridiculous" drama.
A frustrated Clayton had to excuse himself from their screaming as it had gotten so extreme and was left with a decision - which one of the contestants to keep.
Ultimately, he sent Elizabeth home at the rose ceremony and kept Shanae - which fans slammed as a "dumb and delusional" move.
Missouri native Clayton was introduced to Bachelor Nation in season of the Bachelorette which began airing in October 2021.

Every rose has its thorn
After canceling the rose ceremony due to 'Shrimp-Gate', the women were on edge about getting a rose.
Jill was in tears as she told producers: "It's crazy to me that I could be going home because of shrimp in a hot tub?

Bachelor battle
As Shanae and Elizabeth went back to join the rest of the women, the group began fighting while screaming over each other.
The women's yells were so loud, Clayton was able to hear their bickering from outside the resort.
Host Jesse Palmer came out to inform them that Clayton is "not in a good head space" following the drama and cancelled the rose ceremony.
The group of hopefuls looked shattered, with one calling it a "huge loss."
"The cocktail party was cancelled over shrimp?!" one woman yelled.
'I need a minute'
The battle of the blondes appeared to be too much for Clayton, who ended up needing to get up and remove himself from the girls fighting.
"We're not resolving conflict, we're talking about shrimp," the frustrated Bachelor said.
As he stood in the background appearing upset, the two continued to bicker.
However, Elizabeth said she was being "classy" by removing herself from the situation, but Shanae fired off her nemesis is "fake."
Cat fight?
Clayton said he had reached his limit of the constant drama surrounding Elizabeth and Shanae.
He took the two outside to sit down and work out their problems.
Shanae claimed that Elizabeth was "bullying" her, and when asked for an example, she brought up that she was not offered shrimp that was made earlier in the day.

Following their nice conversation, Shanae walked over to the team who actually won and was supposed to be there and yelled at them to "keep their names out of their f**king mouths."
