Sarah and Greg admitted they were ‘fussy’ but were blown away by the fifth property

The couple had a budget of £250,000 and hoped to find a four-bedroom home with a large French-style open kitchen.

Greg also wanted a garage and the couple hoped the property would have a pool or space for them to add one.

Jasmine warned them about their extensive wish-list but the couple were adamant and said they could increase their budget to a maximum of £50,000 more to find it.

The first two properties didn’t float their boat, while the third was more appealing with Sarah admitting: “This is the first kitchen I’ve seen that I genuinely love.”

However, it wasn’t enough to convince the couple that they had found ‘the one’ as there were a few “niggles”.

Sarah said: “For me, I love the kitchen but I go to the lounge and I don’t know if it’s grabbing me.”

Meanwhile Greg was concerned about the garden and said: “We’ve got the swimming pool fixed in our mind but I’m not sure about the gradient of the garden.”

He then admitted: “We’re fussy,” and Jasmine replied: “You’re really making me work for it. I totally get it, it has to be right.”

Thankfully, she hit the jackpot with the fifth and final property – a five bed house with half an acre of land as well as a number of outbuildings.

As they looked around, Sarah became emotional and told a surprised Jasmine: “It makes me want to cry, this is the first time I’ve got emotional.”

When the host asked why, the house hunter replied: “We’ve found what we’re looking for” before wiping her eyes.

In the end, the couple’s first offer of £270,000 was rejected by the owner because it was almost £30,000 lower than the asking price.

However their counter offer of £285,000 was accepted by Sarah and Greg, who said they had found their “dream house”.

The couple loved the five bedroom property and made an offer
