LOVE Island's Faye Winter has alarmed fans after they spotted a big scar on her tummy in her latest Ann Summers shoot.
The reality star, 26, looked stunning as she modelled some gorgeous sets from the lingerie shop.

Faye rocked a number of different locks in the sexy montage that she uploaded to Instagram.
She left little to the imagination in a black floral body suit, wowed in a red high-neck bra and matching thong and showed off her amazing figure in a pink and purple set.
Faye captioned the advertising post: "@annsummers always there to give a helping hand with confidence."
While many rushed to the comments section to praise her beauty, some pointed out the steri-strips near her belly button.
One wrote: "What is that patch near your navel?"
Another said: "Amazing, what happened to your tummy?";
A third person asked: "Your belly okay?"

Some seem to think that it's because she's had an operation.
"She had a mole where that plaster is on her love island pics. Maybe she had it removed," one pointed out.

Faye later took to her Instagram Story to address the speculation.
The beauty said: "Also so many kind messages about my tummy, I will let you all know what's happened, don't worry it's not that bad."
It comes after Love Island fans couldn't believe "how different" Faye looked during her appearance on Dancing On Ice last weekend.
Liberty Poole made her debut on the ITV show on Sunday night and was cheered on by her besties Faye and Kaz Kamwi.
Since her stint on the dating show last year, Faye has totally transformed her appearance, showing off a more natural look.
Looking very demure, the former estate agent wore a brown suit and minimal make-up to appear on the programme.
Just weeks before Faye revealed that she was devastated after a "scumhead" broke into her boyfriend Teddy Soares' car.
She told her 1.2m followers: “Today has not been the greatest of days.
