First Dates star Fred Sirieix has shocked fans with his real age on his birthday as he shared rare snap of his fiancée Fruicake on social media.

The pair jetted off to Paris to celebrate the TV star’s huge milestone – and Fred has been posting pictures from their travels on Instagram for followers to enjoy.

In one pic Fred can be seen standing on a balcony in the French capital holding huge ’50’ balloons with a smile on his face.

The telly favourite looks stylish as ever in a blue jumper and denim jeans.

He simply captioned the post: “#yolo.”

While many rushed to the comments section to wish him a happy birthday, others praised him for his good looks.

One fan wrote: “Happy birthday, Fred! You look UNREAL for 50 😍💙.”

Another said: “Lookin’ pretty nifty at fifty 💙.”

A third chimed in: “One of the best looking 50 Yr old guys! HBD.x.”

Fred posted another snap of him posing for a selfie with Fruitcake.

The Frenchman looked dapper in a grey poloneck and navy bomber jacket, while Fruitcake rocked a pink hoodie and some huge sunglasses.

“Enfin! @fruitcake_fundamentals is finally ready,” Fred captioned the post.

The loved-up pair got engaged in 2020.

Fred shared the news on Instagram with a picture of the pair and told his fans: “#fruitcake🍫❤️ said yes 💍.”

The Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip star keeps his love life very private.

In July 2016, he revealed he had never been married before, adding that the closest thing to marriage had been his 12-year-old relationship with ex Alex.

Two years later Fred took to social media to reveal he was in a new relationship with his now fiancée.

He has two children from his previous relationship: Andrea, 17, and Lucien, 12.

Fred has been on First Dates since it hit our screens in 2013.
