TAMMY Slaton's family has grown more concerned for the 1,000 lb Sisters' star as she's continued her unhealthy habits.
In addition to her weight struggles, the reality star has been smoking and drinking, actions that her family fears are adding fuel "to the fire."
Those close to Tammy are scared that her partying is "starting to take a toll" on the star and are worried about what her future will hold.
On the latest episode of the TLC show titled, End of an Era, her brother Chris Combs explained his concerns about his sister's lifestyle after she refused to join him for a doctor's appointment.
"She has enough health problems without adding more to the fire," he said in a confessional interview.
He then turned to his family for guidance on how to handle Tammy's declining health: "Do we just let her live and be comfortable, and plan, for her not being here in five years, and take care of all the arrangements?" he asked.
Their sister Amanda agreed, upset that Tammy won't take her health seriously: "It sucks to have to sit and have a conversation like that about final arrangements when she has the opportunity to change."
The scene concludes with Chris admitting that the family is "at the end of our rope" and that he will address the situation to his doctor to get some professional advice on the next steps to help Tammy.

The conversation comes after the TV personality was filmed smoking, drinking, and doing everything from vaping to taking shots, despite being hooked up to an oxygen machine.
In the scene, Tammy is picked up by her friends Rob, Ralph, and JT, as they all proceed to hang out.
The TV star says in a confessional: "... we've just been drinking, vaping... as a teenager I wasn't doing any partying. I was super shy about my weight and I didn't really have many friends..."
She added: "But now I'm to the point where I don't care. I'm gonna be me..."
The clip then shows Tammy vaping in the car before the group stops at a liquor store and the reality star asks for "one bottle of whatever and eight shots."
Tammy and her pals soon arrive back at her home as they all begin to drink and eat pizza.
Again on her confessional, she says: "We don't eat healthily, cause for me, if I eat something like pizza or pizza rolls the bread soaks up the alcohol and the grease helps so we don't get too hungover."
DOING IT ALONE
This is not the first time Tammy has caused concern as back in November she decided to leave food addiction rehab early despite doctors advising against it.
Tammy told the administrator, Kelly, at the time: "I miss my bed. I miss my family. I think I'm ready to go. I want to try and get the rest of the weight off on my own."
Kelly expressed concern, asking Tammy if she's "ready to go home on her own without support and face all the temptations by yourself."
The 35-year-old responded: "… if I do order out it'd be like one burger and nothing else… if I just get one burger a day…"
FANS' PRAYERS
Tammy also shocked fans by sharing numerous scary pics of herself with a tube in her throat, leading viewers to speculate she had been hospitalized.
Fans begged the star to "get help" after her latest disturbing photo she posted to social media.
One fan wrote: "As always, sending prayers that you are prioritizing your health and taking the help we all need at times. I believe in you."
