RAQUEL Leviss broke down in tears as she revealed that she's "on the verge of panic" after her breakup with fiancé James Kennedy.
The Vanderpump Rules stars announced the end of their engagement during the season nine reunion on Tuesday.
Raquel, 27, opened up about her "anxiety" before the show aired, sparking concern on her as she dealt with severe "emotions" and "panic."
The reality star spoke to the camera selfie-style in just a white sweatshirt with her hair pulled back and her face makeup-free.
"Don't you just love it when your therapist can't make your appointment and doesn't tell you that she's not gonna be there for two weeks in a row?" she asked while face-palming.
"Of course, my therapist doesn't know that today is not really one of the most anxiety-ridden days of my life, but it definitely is one of the most emotional days of my life and I am on the verge of panic and rage even though it doesn't look like I am," she confessed.
"I am. But lucky enough for me there is a co-dependency meeting happening at one so at least I have something before the reunion tonight," she added.

During the episode, they revealed to host Andy Cohen their reasoning behind calling it quits, which they confirmed in December at the time of shooting.
"We've decided to break off the engagement. And it's been something that I've been thinking about for a while and that James has noticed that my heart hasn't been fully in it," she told viewers.
Raquel noted that she "didn't want to give up on" James after how much they've been through, but she noted that she feels "like it's something deep within" that led her to ultimately make the choice.
The rest of the Vanderpump Rules cast was shocked to hear the announcement, as the TV personality claimed the choice was "mutual."
"We both came to the conclusion. It's been a gradual realization. I haven't been able to really take a step back and reflect on myself until very recently," she explained.
When Lisa Vanderpump tried to inquire further about the situation, James shot back: "We've got to stop prodding at it. We've worked on it. We've worked on our relationship, and I feel like after I quit drinking, I just thought that would fix it.
"It didn't quite fix it all. And we had a conversation a couple months ago, and I asked her if I'm your soul mate... and she said 'Do you think I'm your soulmate?'"
That answer was "the first time I felt like we weren't destined in the galaxy," James recalled.
He continued: "We'd rather just end it and pull the Band-Aid off before we get married and have a baby and f**king get a divorce because that's literally the last thing I want."
After noting that both covid quarantine and a lack of intimacy aided in their decision, the Bravo star added: ", and you can't f**king fight that.
"There's nothing wrong, but we both know that it isn't right."
In a conclusive act, Raquel handed her engagement ring back to James during the reunion.
MOVING ON
She then discussed her plan for the future, to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy.

"It's hard," she said. "I envisioned a life with James, and it was something that I fantasized about a lot, so it's kind of like closing that book and redirecting my energy somewhere else."
Raquel and James announced their engagement in May of 2021 after five years of dating.
