Teen Mom Cheyenne Floyd’s fiance Zach Davis ‘tried to RUN from cops’ in ‘identity theft’ bust before arrest on warrant
TEEN Mom star Cheyenne Floyd's fiance Zach Davis “tried to flee from cops” during an “identity theft” bust before he was arrested on a warrant.
Zach, 31, was arrested on outstanding warrants earlier this month while going through customs at LAX, as he broke probation in his theft and DUI cases.
According to the Culver City Police Department, Zach was arrested on August 19, 2019 at 11:20am, and charged with identity theft and resisting arrest.
The Public Information Officer for Culver City told The Sun: “Observation of suspicious circumstances, a search revealed identity theft evidence and Davis ran from the scene.”
He was booked and held on $10,000 bail before he was released.
The department confirmed the case is “still pending resolution” with Los Angeles courts.
AIRPORT ARREST
As broke, Zach was arrested at LAX on January 3 while the family was returning home from a trip to Mexico.
Cheyenne’s daughter Ryder, 4, with Cory Wharton and her son Ace, 8 months, with Zach joined them for the getaway.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office, his next court date is scheduled for October 20, 2022.
The outlet reported in October 2018, he was charged with grand larceny and five counts of false personation and cheats.
He pleaded no contest to the theft charge, but was found guilty and sentenced to 32 days in Los Angeles County Jail with three years probation. The other charges were dismissed.
The outlet reported in February 2020 that the court was notified Zach possibly violated probation in the case and he is due back for a hearing in October.
They split and she moved on with her baby daddy Cory briefly.
She then dated boyfriend Matt Walker.
