THIS is the eerie moment George Best's biography flies from a shelf at his ex-wife's home all by itself.
Model Alex says she believes she's haunted by spirits following the Man U legend's death 16 years ago.
And documentary film-makers invited into her house captured the astonishing moment the book moved six inches - without anyone touching it.
Alex, who lives in Surrey, says that since George died she's "convinced" spirits have come visiting, reports.
Lights flicker on and off and a television turned itself on without being touched, while her possessions have vanished from sight - only to reappear in the middle of a room months later.
“I’m convinced spirits have come to visit my 200-year-old house,” she said.
“And now I think George could have been one of them.”
EERIE MOMENT
On the day of George's funeral in 2005, Alex was leaving a Belfast hotel room when the shower "turned on full blast".
A few years ago, she awoke to discover a huge, heavy sideboard dragged into the middle of the room.

The piece of furniture, made from railway sleepers, weighs so much Alex had to call her dad to help her put it back.
As she discussed her experiences with a team of paranormal professionals from discovery+ documentary Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted, cameras caught the biography moving by itself.
Alex said: "I don't think that's a coincidence.
'IT WOULD BE TYPICAL OF GEORGE'
“I’ve got so many books on that bookshelf. I’ve got books on films, antiques, all different autobiographies and yet the book that shot out was George’s.
"That moment made me really think he could have been one of the spirits.”
And she joked it would have been "typical George" to spook the cameramen.
“Before that point I’d thought the spirit had just been a child because it was mischievous and playful, but George was mischievous as well," she said.
"He was always playing around and trying to make people laugh.”
