EastEnders’ Heather Trott star Cheryl Fergison shares rare picture of lookalike brother she reunited with just 11yrs ago
EASTENDERS legend Cheryl Fergison has posed alongside the little brother she was reunited with just 11 years ago.
The Heather Trott actress, 56, said their surprising story sounded like it has been borrowed from a soap plotline.
She explained how she and other family members were reunited with Graeme – plus two other siblings.
The actress posted alongside him in an Instagram picture, writing: “So my brother is coming up for a visit today 😘 we are like two peas in a pod.
“There’s is always laughs & fun times when we get together. Our story of how we found each other is simply amazing, emotional and one you couldn’t even write in a soap!”
She went on: “11 years ago Graeme and two other siblings came into mine and our family’s life.
“Since then even when times are tough we are there for each other ❤️ Thank you little Bro for being there 😘❤️.”
One fan replied: “Oh this is beautiful ❤️ Have a lovely, lovely time with him xx.”
Cheryl is best known for playing EastEnders’ Heather, who got bumped off by evil Ben Mitchell back in 2012.
Since then Cheryl has appeared in Celebrity Big Brother, David Walliams sitcom Big School and the BGT star’s Christmas drama Hansel and Gretel After Ever After.
She will also soon be starring in the BBC and NBCUniversal drama Dodger, which stars Christopher Eccleston as Fagin.
Playing Mrs McCurdy, the ten-part drama is set to air early next month.
