Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win players scoop life changing cash prize – but viewers all say the same thing
ANT and Dec's new gameshow Limitless Win left viewers screaming at the telly in disbelief tonight.
Another two players walked away with a life-changing cash prize after last week's huge win - and one person summed up frustrations on Twitter, writing: "LimitlessWin is far to easy. Costing ITV a fortune!"
Shop owner Tony and his physiotherapist son Zee took on the new quiz which is designed to be an extraordinarily high-stakes show, as the prize pot can grow forever.
Tony, 52, and Zee, 30, were on a winning streak, answering "simple" general knowledge questions correctly and banking scores of cash.
They eventually cashed out at an eye-watering £250,000 and viewers were baffled by the huge prize - with many sharing the same complaint on Twitter.
One said: "Too long to answer a question & this first pair have answered 2 questions correct and already banked £100,000 😂 easy money"
Another suggested: "I think once you decide to go on from a right question, you should ONLY be able to cash out on the next right question. Cashing out seems too easy (despite what’s just happened)."
And one more said: "How do I sign up for this Limitless Win Ladder game show because it seems quite easy to make some money?!"
Others wondered why the show had picked players who were seemingly not short of a few quid already.
One tweeted: "Such an easy way to win money but where are the ‘normal people’ so far a midwife, doctor and physiotherapist.. they aren’t short of money"
Though many hailed it as a great new format - once they got to grips with what was going on.
One raved: "What a great show tonight, definitely one of my favourite ever game shows"
