JUNIOR Bake Off sees young bakers, aged between nine and 15, put their skills to the test in the famous Bake Off tent.
But fans tuning in to the new series will be wondering where judge Liam Charles is.

Fans tuning into the opening episode of Junior Bake Off on January 10, 2022, will notice than fan favourite Liam Charles is missing from the show.
Liam was actually ill when the first heats were being filmed in the new location of Benenden School.
This means he will only be in half of the series.
Liam is a big hit with viewers and is also the presenter of Bake Off: The Professionals for Channel 4.
He originally found fame on the adult version of the show - and hasn't looked back since.
Who replaced Liam Charles on Junior Bake Off?
A stand-in judge has been called in to replace Liam.
The lucky young bakers were treated to The Great British Bake Off legend Paul Hollywood.
The reports that he is "fairly kind to them", even though many of the piggy rolls — the technical challenge set by fellow judge Ravneet Gill — look more like messy sandwiches than pink sponge rolls.
