The Apprentice’s Claude Littner confirms he WILL return to the show after horrific bike accident
THE Apprentice's Claude Littner has confirmed when he will return to the show after he was replaced by former winner Tim Campbell this series.
Claude, 72, was forced to pull out of the new series after a serious bike accident in April last year.
As the new batch of candidates made their debut on the BBC1 show last night, many viewers took to social media to demand to know when Claude would be returning.
Reposting one tweet, Claude wrote: "Relax! I am doing well and already planning my return next series of @bbcapprentice.
"Meanwhile enjoy this year's apprentices."
Claude injured his right leg while riding his electric bike last year.
The injury was so bad, doctors reportedly thought of amputating Claude's leg.
As part of his recovery, he has already undergone multiple surgeries.

Speaking of his injury, Claude said he had been "pottering around", near his home in London.
"I suspect I hit a pothole or something like that", he said, , "the next thing I knew, I was lying on the ground."
Tim, who won the very first series of The Apprentice back in 2005, said he was "excited" for his new role in the programme, but admitted he was "saddened" by the news of Claude's injury.
"Having been on the show myself, I know the hard that goes into it, so I didn't take the decision lightly", he said. "I wish Claude the very best as he recovers."
