James ‘Arg’ Argent heads to gym with ex Lydia Bright’s sister after losing 13st & rumours they’re getting back together
JAMES Argent was spotted heading to the gym today with his ex Lydia Bright’s younger sister Romana.
The former Towie star has lost an incredible 13 stone and clearly isn’t taking his foot off the gas when it comes to keeping fit this new year.
The 34-year-old looked slimmer than ever, despite wearing a large puffa jacket as he headed to work out with Romana.
Arg has remained very close to Lydia’s family and indeed his childhood sweetheart.
Sources recently claimed that the the former couple, who split five years ago, look to be rekindling their romance behind closed doors.
According to the , James, and his on-and-off girlfriend Lydia, 30, have been spending time at each other's houses in secret meetings.
A source has since revealed to the publication that Lydia's mum Debbie still considers James "family" as he still visits their house.

The insider also revealed that the idea of them being reunited motivated James to shed all his weight as it's "all he's ever wanted".
Lydia, who has been single since ending the relationship with ex Lee Cronin, was spotted alongside James at her sister Natasha's wedding in July.
The former couple posed for photos together alongside her 21-month-old daughter Loretta months after rekindling their friendship.
He told The Sun last year that the pair had grown "extremely close" again, but insisted he would keep their relationship "behind closed doors".
Meanwhile, Arg – who had a gastric sleeve fitted - has now reached his target weight of 15 stone 7lb, after previously tipping the scales at almost 27 stone.
Speaking about his weight loss, he said: “I reached the heaviest I’ve ever been in the height of the pandemic and doctors said I was dicing with death because I’ve got bad asthma and was morbidly obese, which was the worst possible combination if I was to catch Covid.
“I could have been a goner, so I just knew I had to do something.”
