CORONATION Street’s Georgia May Foote will be worlds away from Weatherfield when she appears in the new sci-fi series We Are Not Alone.
The actress - who played Katy Armstrong in the ITV soap before quitting in 2015 - will appear in the upcoming show alongside an array of other stars.

The upcoming sci-fi series will see actors from the likes of , and all on board.
Alongside Georiga, Grantchester's Declan Baxter leads the cast and will be joined by The Inbetweeners' Joe Thomas, Amanda Abbington, Lucien Leon Laviscount, Miles Jupp, and Rob Delaney.
We Are Not Alone will imagine the trajectory of Earth six weeks after an alien race called the Gu'un conquer the planet.
The story is set to unfold primarily from the perspective of Stewart, the Gu'un's official human liaison, who's tasked with winning over the world's population as they bow down to their new alien overlords.
The twist? Stewart is actually a member of the human resistance who's both navigating a romance with Georgia's character Elodie and trying to avoid being found out by his alien housemate Greggs.
As well as writing and starring in We Are Not Alone, Ben Willbond and Laurence Rickard are being kept busy with a fourth season of Ghosts.
