JEREMY Clarkson's looking lager than life - and it's all down to his new breakfast routine.

In a cheeky video showing off his new Hawkstone beer, The Grand Tour star, 61, hilariously sits down to enjoy a pint... before heading off for work in the morning.

The 4.8 per cent lager, which takes 30 days to make, is already a top seller on Amazon and is set for a spike ahead of Christmas.

The new video starts with Jeremy sitting outside his Diddly Squat Farm, in Oxfordshire, as he gleefully glugs a third of his pint.

He says: "You can't beat a cold refreshing pint of my lager before... heading out to work in the morning."

Jeremy then grabs his walking cane and jacket and the camera zooms out to reveal he's sat at the breakfast table with partner Lisa Hogan, 49.

"Erm, I'll be back at six honey. See you, darling. Ok," he adds playfully.

It is the latest in a series of cheeky stunts Jeremy has pulled to promote the beverage.

Earlier this month, he mockingly said his beer was ", that's for sure".

It followed a video where he discussed the lengthy process to make his prized booze.

In it, he explained: "They say that God took six days to create the world.

"The thing is it takes 30 days to create my lager, which means my larger is six times better than the world."

Unfortunately, he admits his slogans have been thwarted by the Advertising Standards Authority.

Previously he claimed they rejected his tagline: "If you're an alcoholic, don't fight it, feed it."

At the time, Jeremy told The Sun: "There’s so much you can’t say. For example, ‘This is a delicious breakfast beer’ – they won’t allow it.

"It’s very boring. Basically, all I’m allowed to say is, ‘This is lager.’"

The petrol-head has delighted legions of fans with his reality TV series Clarkson's Farm on Amazon Prime, which documents his struggles adapting to life on the farm.

He teamed up with Cotswold Brew Company to make the beer but credits farm manager Kaleb Cooper, 21, with its success.

Jeremy said: "He really was the one who put all the work into growing the barley – we did it together but he obviously knows what he's doing."

The TV star admitted he has had "so many accidents on the tractor" since working on the farm and creating his own booze is likely to make it worse.

He added: "Now we’ve got our own beer, the opportunity for accidents has gone through the roof."
