Waterloo Road’s Lucien Laviscount looks completely different as he joins Emily In Paris
WATERLOO Road star Lucien Laviscount left fans doing a double take after joining Netflix's Emily in Paris.
The 29-year-old actor stunned viewers when the familiar face popped up on the hit comedy-drama.
Lucien, who also starred on ITV's Coronation Street in 2009, plays the hunky new love interest of Lily Collins' lead character.
The TV star, who many will remember from his time on BBC One's Waterloo Road as Jonah Kirby, plays sarcastic Brit Alfie who refuses to learn the language or get to know the French culture.
Alfie is a 30-year-old cynical charmer and working in Paris for a UK bank and set to sweep Emily off her feet.
Viewers were thrilled to see Lucien back on their screens, with one writing: "Lucien Laviscount AKA Jonah from Waterloo Road in Emily in Paris?!
"International audiences are going to be feeling how we felt in year eight."
Another posted: "Started watching Emily in Paris for the simple fact that Lucien Laviscount is in Season 2 and who doesn't want to see that face."

The actor, who starred in Corrie as Sophie Webster’s church-going boyfriend Ben, regularly sets pulses racing with a flurry of shirtless snaps.
Looking very different from his time in Weatherfield, Lucien has previously given fans a glimpse of his ripped physique.
He recently hghlighted his gym-honed physique in the shot while clad in pair of low-slung black shorts.
Captioning the sizzling shot, he simply penned: "June 21st yeah...Let’s be avin ya!!!".
Aside from his out-of-lockdown reference, it was his washboard abs that had his fans and famous friend commenting in their droves.
Music star Example quipped: "Damn bro. Didn’t know I had these feels 🤣😘".

The Burnley native found fame playing Jake Briggs in teen drama Grange Hill from 2007 to 2008.
A year later, he appeared in ITV's Coronation Street as Sophie Webster's boyfriend Ben Richardson.
After his 2009 stint on the beloved soap, Lucien starred in drama Waterloo Road playing Jonah Kirby from 2010 to 2011.

Following his successful appearance in the BBC series, Lucien he signed up for 2011's Celebrity Big Brother and famously flirted with his fellow housemates Amy Childs and Kerry Katona.
He also moved to LA where he landed roles on shows including Scream Queens, Snatch and Katy Keene.
