Gogglebox star Pete Sandiford shares first photo from wedding as he pays tribute to rarely-seen wife on anniversary

GOGGLEBOX favourite Pete Sandiford shared the first photo from his wedding as he paid sweet tribute to his rarely-seen wife Paige.

The 26-year-old star marked their six-month milestone as husband and wife with the moving Instagram post.

Taking to his social media page, the sofa-dweller finally revealed a snap from their big day.

In the adorable photo, the newlyweds are beaming as they gaze lovingly at each other, Pete visibly besotted with his blushing bride.

Paige looks sensational in her bridal gown, her hair styled into glossy curls, while Pete wears a smart suit with a blue tie.

They are strolling together by the ocean, but only have eyes for each other.

Pete captioned the post: "Happy 6 month wedding anniversary to my best mate, wife and the best mummy in the world @paigesandiford_".

His sister Sophie, who he appears on Gogglebox alongside, was quick to comment, gushing: "Can’t believe how quick it’s gone😲 second best day ever (after Jimmy’s birthday of course🤣💙) love you both💕💕"

Paige shared two more photos to her own Instagram page, marking her first post on the account.

One was a close up photo of her and Pete smiling at one another, while the second showed off her hair and make-up in all its glory as she posed solo for the camera.

The new mum wrote: "22.05.21 When your best friend doubles up as the best husband ♥️"

Pete announced that he and Paige were engaged on Gogglebox back in February, and two months later they confirmed that she was pregnant.

However, they kept their big day incredibly low key, and it wasn't made public until Pete shared the news in an interview back in September.

That same month, the TV favourite announced that she had given birth to their son - but he did not confirm when their little one was born.

Baby Jimmy has since made brief appearances on Gogglebox alongside his dad and auntie Sophie, with viewers going wild every time they catch a glimpse at the new addition.
