IBIZA Weekender star Isobel Mills has revealed she is struggling with an eating disorder and has never felt "so mentally strained".
The reality TV star - who rose to fame on the ITV2 show in 2019 - took to her Instagram to reveal her horrifying battle with an exercise addiction.
Isobel, 24, who is still dating her Ibiza Weekender co-star Jordan Davies, told her fans she had "never felt so physically and mentally strained".
The star opened up in the emotional post about how things got so bad she began obsessively "researching how many calories" she was eating.
Isobel admitted she would then "exercise excessively" to ensure she had "burnt off every calorie she had eaten" as she was "terrified to put on weight".
"Over this year I have never felt so physically and mentally strained," Isobel wrote in the screengrabs, which she posted alongside an eating disorder helpline.
"From my brain telling me to excessively exercise and burn off every calorie I've eaten to the point I can barely move, to constantly researching on my phone how many calories are in something and purposely avoiding a situation that could lead me to indulge."
Isobel explained that she would "beat herself up in her head" if she did eat any food, becoming "angry and disappointed in herself for enjoying herself.

She continued: "It is so draining and even though I am more aware of these habits now, it's still VERY much something I struggle with physically and in my head.
"The constant battle in my brain of wanting to be as small as I can and not seeing it in the mirror and being terrified to put on any weight."
The star admitted she had days of "sudden realisation" when she would be "disgusted and scared" by the amount of weight she had lost.
Isobel went on to apologise to her fans for not "being as transparent and honest" throughout her eating disorder struggle as she encouraged others to speak out.
She urged her following to "raise awareness" and vowed to use her platform to detail how long her recovery process had been.
"It is NOT an overnight fix, and this is where I hope I can be honest and go through this journey with many others," she concluded.
