Married At First Sight’s Luke Dawson reveals gory hair transplant after show heartache
MARRIED At First Sight star Luke Dawson has revealed his hair transplant on Instagram by sharing a gory snap of his head before and after the procedure.
The reality TV star admitted going under the knife was "incredibly nerve-wracking" but is "so glad" he went through with it and is looking forward to seeing the results.
Taking to his Instagram, he penned alongside the photos: "So everyone here's my update.
"Doing well, I'm not looking great right now, but in time I'll be feeling better than ever.
"I want to thank @wanthair_uk so so much for taking so good care of me".
The E4 star then added that he has undergone the procedure once before and decided to document his recovery after he had "so many messages" from followers asking about his experience.
Recommending the practice he got it done with, Luke added: "Couldn't recommend them enough, the level of detail, support and after care is truly tremendous.
"It's such a hard decision to make and incredibly nerve-wracking but I'm so so glad I've done it... Will update you all with my progress".

Luke's post was inundated with messages from his social media followers, who shared their well wishes and thanked him for sharing his recovery.
One penned: "Ouch that looks so painful! Very brave of you to share!".
"Wishing you a speedy recovery can’t wait to see the results xox," another wrote.
A third commented: "Ouch! Good on ya… do what makes you happy, life too short".
"Hope it turns out the way you are hoping for and that everything heals up quickly," another added.
Luke's post comes a month after he claimed Morag Crichton blocked him while the show was still on air and doesn't think they'll speak again.
Luke, 36, tied the knot with veterinary nurse Morag, 31, who claimed she was ghosted by the care home manager after the E4 show ended.
In light of her claims, fire fighter Luke accused Morag of blocking him on Instagram after she allegedly told him she wanted to return to her "normal life" but instead went on to accuse him of ghosting her in the media.
The Welshman said in a new interview that he is "devastated" about how Morag reacted and feels "let down, I feel hurt".
Like also claimed that if he had treated Morag the way she acted towards him, he would have been "villainised".
Speaking to new!, he shared: "We were talking as friends during the show and I was supporting her because she was having a hard time and then, even while I was dealing with this, I was trying to support her.
"And it got to the homestays and we knew the episodes were going to air and I heard nothing. She blocked me on Instagram.
"The last conversation we had was she wasn't getting an agent and wants to go back to her normal life, and within 24 hours she blocked me.
"Doesn't say anything about anything over the homestays, gets an agent and within a week she's dropping bombs at me in the newspapers."
Luke added that he "never wants to speak" to Morag again and insisted that he doesn't "want someone like that in my life".
The care home manager doesn't believe that he mistreated Morag nor had done anything wrong but merely the pair "weren't right for each".
Despite the furore, Luke insisted that he doesn't "want a war" with Morag but needed to share his side of the story.
