When did they get married?
The couple wed over the lavish ceremony at The Holford Estate in Cheshire over the first May bank holiday weekend in 2018.
Speaking about the big day to OK! magazine, Sarah said: "To marry in front of our son was such a special moment.
"I knew Jon was the one for me the first day I met him.
"After we met at my audition I texted Carley [Stenson], saying: “I have to get this job because I need to get to know this guy!”
Jon added: "I feel so proud to call Sarah my wife.
"I honestly think I fell in love with Sarah the first day I met her."
Do they have kids?
The couple share one child together, their five-year-old son Stanley, who was born in August 2016.
Sharing the news at the time, Sarah posted on Instagram: "It's a boy! Our gorgeous little man arrived safe & well on 7th August. We're in love."
The actress announced her pregnancy in March 2016 by sharing a photo of her small bump.

Why has Sarah Jayne Dunn left Hollyoaks?
In November 2021 The Sun exclusively revealed how Sarah has been stripping off online for OnlyFans for several weeks, prompting a warning from Hollyoaks bosses over her conduct because of the show’s young audience.
But after refusing to quit the site despite the threat of losing her six figure salaried job on the Channel 4 soap, she has left the show in a dispute with executives after first appearing on screens in 1996.
Bosses said they had been unable to "reach a resolution".
