GINO D’Acampo will feature in a brand new ITV series alongside his wife and children - with the Italian chef revealing the family's biggest pet peeve ahead of its debut.
The Italian chef - known for his tan, family-friendly recipes and a certain level of moodiness - will feature in Gino and Family’s Italian Adventure later this month.
Gino’s wife Jessica and his three children Luciano, 18, Rocco, 15 and Mia, seven, will all make appearances on the eagerly anticipated series.
The This Morning chef will bring them along for the ride as he does a deep-dive into Italian cuisine and helps them to embrace their heritage.
Rediscovering the places and flavours that inspired him to become a chef, the seven-part show will see Gino take his family on a personal adventure - but filming it wasn't all plain sailing.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun’s TV Mag, the lovable chef revealed that shooting parts of the series - including a kayaking expedition - “wasn’t fun at all”.
“I mean, for everybody, it’s very important to know that the D’Acampo family we hate, hate anything that requires our body to move," revealed the 45-year-old.
“Walking - never done it, kayaking - never done it. Any kind of exploring, camping - forget about it. We are the worst family to do something like that, simple as that.

“We made it look fun, but I think there is a lot of off-camera things that didn’t see, that people go, ‘when the f*** are we going to finish this?’ I think there must be loads of that.”
Despite some mishaps along the way, Gino said he was delighted to help his family experience new things.
“I think to be able to have those three or four days with my son Rocco or my daughter Mia or even my wife, Jessie, it was special - something we don’t do often enough.
“But it worked 100 per cent and I was very happy to do that.”
