RHOBH’s Erika Jayne is ‘DATING again’ after divorce from Tom Girardi despite claims she ‘stole millions from orphans’
ERIKA Jayne has returned to the single life nearly a year after her divorce from lawyer Tom Girardi as they battle criminal charges for "embezzlement and fraud."
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was slammed as a "liar" recently after the show's reunion as she "contradicted herself" while answering host Andy Cohen's questions.
Erika, 50, has re-entered the dating scene in Los Angeles, after filing for divorce from Tom, 82, on November 3, 2020.
The reality star has "started dating again a month ago, and she's already been on a handful of dates with different men," a source revealed to
The TV personality was married to her ex-husband for 21 years, but they decided to split ways after the attorney's embezzlement scandal came to light.
Erika has not used any dating apps to find her next match, but instead has been "set up with suitors by her friends, and the dates have all been with local guys," the outlet claimed.
While "some of her dates" have worked in entertainment, "some work in other fields" as the shunned star weighs her options.

Last week during part two of the highly-anticipated episode, he rigorously interviewed the Pretty Mess singer on her controversial marriage and her current legal scandal.
Picking up where they left off from the part one reunion special, the 53-year-old host had a long list of questions for Erika about her financial situation.
“I was not in charge of my finances. I walk out, he cuts my credit cards, what am I going to do then?” she told Andy.
“I know what you make on the show and it’s not bad. That couldn’t have funded your lifestyle?” the producer shot back.
Erika explained: “I gave every paycheck to my husband. Since I started working and making money, I handed every paycheck over to him as soon as I got it.
“The power balance was way out of whack, I trusted this man. I didn’t stay because of how much money he had, I stayed because I could not access my money.”
“Did you know there was liability when you left him? Did you feel like the ship was sinking and you had to get out on time?” Andy asked.
Erika answered: “I felt he was sinking. Not necessarily the ship. There was no talking to this person, answering my questions.
“He was shutting me out completely with so much anger. We’ve all seen how horrifyingly he’s deteriorated since I left him.”
However, fans were not pleased with her responses, as they insisted she was “lying through her teeth."
“Andy looking at Erika crazy because she’s lying," one noted.

Despite claiming she was not aware of Tom’s wrongdoings, Erika has found herself at the center of the legal drama.
The singer was accused of “hiding her bank statements," as a trustee's special litigation counsel confirmed that Tom’s law firm transferred about $20 million to her many businesses right before their divorce.
