Maura Higgins sparks split rumours as she deletes ALL Instagram pictures of Strictly boyfriend Giovanni Pernice

LOVE Island star Maura Higgins has sparked fears she has split from Strictly Come Dancing boyfriend Giovanni Pernice.

The reality star has wiped all pictures of the pair - who often posed for loved-up snaps together - from her Instagram page.

Pro dancer Giovanni, 31, also has no pictures of Maura, 30, whom he was on the brink of moving in with.

Fans are worried they have split, with one asking: “Why has Maura deleted all her posts with Giovanni? Not the Strictly curse again."

Another wrote: "Well the relationship between Giovanni and Maura didn’t last long then."

A third remarked: "That’s bloody heartbreaking. Maura deserves the world."

The pair's whirlwind romance had been going from strength to strength, with the pair often posting gushing tributes to one another on social media.

The Sun reported earlier this month that the smitten duo wanted to take their relationship to the next stage and were looking for their very own love nest.

Giovanni is partnered with Rose Ayling-Ellis on Strictly Come Dancing and Maura has been a fervent cheerleader for the pair.

Maura took to her social media to wish her boyfriend and his dance partner Rose, 26, the "very best of luck" ahead of their first dance.
