While explaining that "everybody has problems," 's ex added: "The only thing you can do is wake up every day and try to make things better, try to better yourself, and try to look at things in a different perspective.

"You know, and not be angry. So if you get up angry every day. You're never going to get anything done."

He concluded: "So the best thing is, wake up and try to make things better for yourself. Don't look back and get mad. 

"Look forward and try to make things better"
