This evening Jo was joined by regular Tom Allen, Aisling Bea, Martin Kemp, Melvin Odoom and latest evictee Rochica for a chat.

Tonight also featured unseen footage from Bread Week and included a hilarious clip of 34-year-old shared lives coordinator George narrowly avoiding a trip to hospital.

Jo told viewers: "George is actually the winner of one of Extra Slice's awards in this unseen footage I discovered lying around in the tent...

"Yes, he's our hypochondriac of the week!"

The clip saw the baker pull a funny face as he cut himself with a sharp knife during one of the challenges.

As he ran over to judge Paul Hollywood, he shouted: "I can't look, that was bad!"

After Paul told him to go and put a plaster on, he finally plucked up the courage to look at his injury and realised it wasn't as bad as he thought.

He shouted: "It's not even bleeding!"

As Paul shook his head, an embarrassed George said: "Sorry guys... It must have hit my nail!"

But the paramedics arrived on set shortly after and they were awkwardly told that they weren't needed.

Paul told them: "It's alright guys, there's not a mark!"

George giggled: "I'm just being a drama queen. I'm fine."

The incident didn't affect his baking and he managed to secure another week on the show.

The contestants had to bake a Focaccia for the signature challenge, produce 12 ciabatta breadsticks for the technical and milk bread for the showstopper.

But unfortunately Rochica didn't do enough to impress the judges.

After her poor performance she admitted she was "disappointed".

She confessed: "I was disappointed that I hadn't done as well I done in the practice sessions.

"I guess it's just the way it goes on the day, even though I had pulled them off quite well in the practice, it didn't work as well in the actual tent."
