Adele set to make music comeback in special show for ITV
SUPERSTAR Adele is set to make her music comeback in a TV special for ITV, we can reveal.
The Tottenham-born crooner, 33, is in advanced talks with the broadcaster about starring in an “Audience With” style programme.
It comes after she revealed her first music in six years will be released on October 15, a single called Easy On Me.
She heralded her last return to music in similar fashion with a one-off programme on rivals BBC called Adele at the BBC.
The show, hosted by Virgin Radio’s Graham Norton, saw Adele and her live band performing songs from her back catalogue and then-upcoming third studio album, 25.
A source said: “The contract is not yet signed, but ITV are really keen to make it happen.
“Adele at the BBC was the music television event of the year, and they’re keen to get all over her comeback which is the talk of the industry.”
The show is being produced by leading production firm Fulwell 73, the geniuses behind James Corden’s US series The Late Late Show.

Adele and Fulwell have previously worked together when she starred in James’ Carpool Karaoke skit - which was the most-viewed clip in the history of late-night television with more than 140 million hits.
The musician teased her first new music in six years with a clip that shows her loading a cassette into a car tape deck and driving along as sheet music blows out of the window.
Adele recently updated her social media profiles to match a mysterious global advertising campaign that saw the number “30” projected onto landmarks including the Tate Modern and the Brooklyn Bridge, appearing to confirm the title of her fourth album.
She once said she intended to move away from the number-based naming convention of her albums, but 30 follows 19, 21 and 25.
