Holby City fans left blushing as Amelia begs Eli to masturbate at work in outrageous scenes

HUNKY Eli Ebrahimi and his wife Amelia are desperately trying for a baby, but viewers of Tuesday's Holby City were taken aback she suggested he sorted out matters while at work.

The new consultant cardiothoracic surgeon was surprised when his desperate wife showed up at the hospital.

Amelia (Lucy Briggs-Owen) informed a shocked Eli (ex-EastEnders star Davood Ghadami) that it’s the last day of their latest IVF treatment.

As his last sperm sample hadn’t survived the thawing process at their fertility clinic, he needed to get a new batch to them by 2pm.

However, Eli seemed reluctant to try out for a baby there and then, even though Amelia suggested that they should get hot and steamy at work.

Bemused Holby City fans soon took to Twitter, with one viewer asking: "Is she basically asking Eli to have a w**k at work?"

Another penned: "Don't worry Jac, Eli will be back in a couple of shakes," followed by a laughing emoji.

A third nauseous viewer wrote: "My dad just said… is he going to get some baby gravy and now I feel sick."

"These Eli and Amelia scenes are the funniest thing on Holby since the episode where Josh ended up wandering about the hospital in his underpants," another added.

Later on in the programme, a wound up Amelia collapsed to the floor. When she eventually recovered, the pair had a heart to heart.

A proud Eli, who has a low sperm count, admitted that he felt that he was to blame for their fertility battle. "I fix things, that's my whole job but today I've let you down,” he said.

But Amelia reassured him that he could never let her down and that they just need to communicate more going forward.
