Emmerdale fans work out shocking true identity of Sarah Sugden’s friend Chloe

EMMERDALE fans have worked out who Sarah Sugden’s friend Chloe really is - and she’s not the sister of her heart donor.

Viewers know Sarah needed a heart transplant a few years ago so she wouldn’t die of a condition she’d suffered with since birth.

In tragic circumstances she ended up being given one - but another family lost their daughter.

Recently Sarah has become determined to find the family of her donor so she can find out about the girl who saved her life.

She found Chloe who says she is the donor Gemma’s sister and is devastated because her family are now ignoring her.

However it has become clear that Chloe isn’t telling the full story.

She has refused to answer questions about Gemma, and insisted everything must stay a secret because her dad will ban her from seeing Sarah if he finds out.

And when Noah Dingle developed a crush on her and asked her if Gemma had had a boyfriend, Chloe told him she was a lesbian.

Chloe then opened up about how she fell in love with a friend who didn’t feel the same way, and they fell out before Gemma’s death.

And now fans are sure that Chloe isn’t Gemma’s sister - but the friend she fell for, and now she thinks she can get a second chance with her heart which is inside Sarah.

One wrote: "Don't believe Chloe she doesn't answer questions about certain things. And sounds like makes stuff up on spot. She's deffo suss."
